• The property to be insured is to be self contained and there are no paying guests/lodges staying at or using the property.
• The property is in a good state of repair and free from an area subject to landslip, heave, subsidence, storm or flood
• Your property is solely a private residence or holiday home and not business/part business premises
• The property is in a good state of repair, not situated within ½ a mile of a river, watercourse, quarry or cliff and free from an area subject to landslip, heave, storm or flood

Please confirm the following about YOU & ANY BUSINESS PARTNERS

• None of the proposes have ever been refused insurance, or had special terms imposed on previous insurance
• None of the proposes have ever been declared bankrupt, or have any non-motoring convictions
• There have not been more than 2 claims in the past 3 years
